Leading on the Edge:
How to Use Improv Skills to Unlock Creativity, Innovation and Performance in the Workplace

Greg Schinkel

As managers and leaders, we always have to look like we know what we are saying. Or do we? Improvisational actors make it up as they go along, why can’t we? Learning to be at ease with surprises is a valuable leadership tool. Any leader who can master improv will be virtually un-shakeable in any situation.

This session introduces you to the fun world of thinking and playing on your feet. Theatre games will be introduced, explained and played and Paul and Greg will coach, provide feedback and answer questions.

In this fun, unique full-day workshop, learn how to tap into the creative energy that improv performers use to build on each other’s ideas. Imagine how much fun you will have learning the same exercises they use at Second City and on the television show Who’s Line is it Anyway?

Unsure if you should take the time to attend this workshop? Why not treat yourself and a colleague to a fun day of learning? We promise a learning environment full of laughter, visual stimulation and yes, learning points which will make you a better manager and leader.
